What does the program contain?
The program is structured as an online course. It is divided into 7 modules and is delivered in over 30 video tutorials. The content is effectively what Lyndi would provide to clients 1-1 over 10 sessions when she had a thriving private practice. It is really focused on understanding the reasons why you binge eat and provides practical strategies to help you break the cycle. It also includes real-life case studies and Lyndi’s go-to resources PLUS you also get access to ask Lyndi any question from within the program and she will provide personalised answers.
How do the payments work?
There are two payment options, either once-off or a 3 x monthly installments. Once you pay you get lifetime access to the program and 1-1 support.
What kind of support is included in the program?
From within the program, you can ask Lyndi questions on any module by leaving a comment in that module. Lyndi will review and respond to you within 48 hours and provide you with answers to your questions. Will I get a meal plan/recipes in the program?
Meal plans are diets in disguise so you won’t find them in Keep It Real. We do however have some great recipe inspiration included from within the program. But it’s important to know that the recipes are not the focus of the program.
